Job Description:
  • Teamwork Solutions Group requires a high-energy, driven Account Manager to assist in the company's rapid growth
  • The role of the Account Manager is to help develop and execute sales and marketing plans for Teamwork Solutions Group's existing accounts
  • The Account Manager is responsible for managing all areas of Teamwork Solutions Group's business relationships with key accounts and works directly with the team and clients in an effort to maintain and further develop the relationships with key accounts
  • The Account Manager manages seals and marketing functions to achieve strategic sales targets while working closely with the production team to provide integrated programs that support sales and marketing efforts
  • The Account Manager serves as a point of contact for various accounts and maintains open, effective communication between the team and key accounts to maximize client satisfaction and retention
  • The Account Manager will be responsible for assisting Teamwork Solutions Group in the management and growth of clients and associated businesses
  • This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining, and expanding client relationships

  • Provide marketing concierge service to clients
  • Research marketing best practices
  • Manage social media accounts for clients
  • Suggest targeted, industry-related marketing tactics/strategy
  • Assist in client discovery and management (i.e., meetings, phone calls, etc.)
  • Assist in coordinating various marketing methods (direct mail, print ads, networking, the internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing)
  • Provide monthly marketing reports to clients
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and follow-up skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution
  • Leadership potential
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Suite
  • Ability to learn other software programs
  • Ability to work independently
