Qualifications:
  • CGI is looking for a SAS Developer who has strong development experience on SAS Base and SAS EG platforms
  • The candidate must be proficient in Base SAS, SAS Macros, and Proficient in writing Simple/Medium/Complex SQL queries
  • They must have good experience in basic operating knowledge of UNIX
  • It would be good to have table Loads, Updates, Inserts – DB2/ Teradata (They are not looking for Teradata/DBA but SQL developer/programmer)
  • Proficiency in data warehousing and data analysis is a mandatory skill
  • All applicants must be able to debug complicated codes, recommends the fixes required and fix also
  • Data Analysis is key to the role
  • They must be able to work independently with minimum guidance after Initial training on the environment
  • Good problem solving skill applied to debugging process flows and program error logs
  • Ability to work with business clients to understand and analyze business requirements is critical
