Job Description:
  • The Spa Coordinator is considered to be an extension of City Club’s Member Relations Team supporting membership sales and retention and strives to provide No. 1 customer service to City Club Members, clients, vendors and employees
  • The Spa Coordinator ensures an organized flow of spa traffic that will result in each client receiving the best possible experience
  • This position is an essential key to making the Spa a success. The Spa Coordinator is the first contact a client has with Riverspa; therefore, the first moments are critical
  • 1. Ensures Member Relations procedures support membership sales and retention
  • 2. Cross promotes all areas of the club to enhance Member participation in club events and offerings
  • 3. Attend monthly Member Relations meetings
  • 4. Responsible for clocking in and clocking out their respective time
  • 5. Responsible for keeping track of their respective time and responsible for keeping within a part-time or full-time status without going overtime
  • 6. Resource Event Binder for current information to assist Members, Guests, clients, and employees
  • 7. Review and have knowledge of City Scene to assist Members, Guests, clients, and employees
  • 1. A friendly, efficient, customer driven attitude
  • 2. A warm, patient, courteous voice when speaking at all times
  • 3. Professional telephone voice
  • 4. Professionalism in dress, actions and attitude are key elements to success at Riverspa, including wearing a name tag
  • 5. Follows Opening/Closing Procedures
  • 6. Makes and confirms appointments
  • 7. Supports retail sales
  • 8. Effectively deal with customers, some of which require a high level a patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger
  • 9. A thorough knowledge of spa services and retail products
  • 10 Attends monthly Member Relations Team meetings
Qualifications:
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a current CPR/AED certification
  • Excellent customer service skills and team work capabilities
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must have the ability to establish and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with coworkers, Members and Guests
  • Well developed time management skills
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
