- Handle customer questions and concerns? - Courtesy, professionalism and product knowledge
- Help customers and provide them with solutions
- On-the-job training and resources provided
- You’ll be an important part of shaping customer experiences – from setting up new accounts, to answering questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services
- At least 18 years of age
- 6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation
- TESTS: Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position
