Job Description:
  • CGI's Lafayette, LA based Onshore IT Services Delivery Center is looking for a Teradata Developer with below skills to support their Cigna Healthcare client
Qualifications:
  • Must have - Teradata development experience 
  • Must have - Table Loads, Updates, Inserts, DDL – Teradata/DB2/Oracle 
  • Proficient in writing SQL – Simple/Medium/Complex SQL’s 
  • Needs to have strong navigation in both 3NF and Star Schemas (denormalized) 
  • Must have - Ability to debug complicated codes, ability to recommend fixes required and ability to carry out the fix. Data Analysis is key
  • Must have - Basic Operation knowledge of UNIX 
  • Must have - Ability to work independently with minimum guidance after initial training on the environment 
  • Good to have - Proficient in SAS – Base SAS & Macros 
  • Good to have - Healthcare knowledge/experience past experience with Claims, Provider, Eligibility 
  • Good to have - Agile experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or advanced experience with the business
