Job Description:
- Assist with day to day marketing operations: meeting agendas, calendar management, correspondences, project coordination, event planning
- Coordinates the organization of marketing invoices and vendor forms
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
- Assist in the planning of meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements
- Coordinate email distribution lists and mail merge projects
- Assist with social media channels by developing engaging content and measuring and tacking results
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical Requirements: Solid computer skills including MS Office and Adobe
