Job Description:
  • Assist with day to day marketing operations: meeting agendas, calendar management, correspondences, project coordination, event planning
  • Coordinates the organization of marketing invoices and vendor forms 
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
  • Assist in the planning of meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements
  • Coordinate email distribution lists and mail merge projects
  • Assist with social media channels by developing engaging content and measuring and tacking results
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field 
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience 
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Technical Requirements: Solid computer skills including MS Office and Adobe
