Job  Description:
  • Lafayette area business is currently seeking an auto mechanic to do work on vehicles
  • Client has shop and tools
  • Candidate with their own tools are welcome but the tools are not mandatory
  • Must be able to do all type of mechanical repairs, including troubleshooting and timing belts
  • Most work will be on small vehicles ( 4 & 6 cylinder vehicles)
  • No body work required but experience with this and painting is a plus
  • Must be self motivated and able to work independently
  • ASE certification is also a plus
  • Must have automotive computer / electrical troubleshooting skills
Qualifications:
  • Previous auto mechanic experience
  • Transportation to and from job site
  • Pre-employment screening
  • Must have references
