Job Title: Survey Sales Specialist

Job Description:
  • You will be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential opportunities and closing high value deals with land surveying and civil engineering firms, governmental entities, educational institutions, and mining/landfill companies in your dedicated sales territory
  • You will be selling state of the art products to the Surveying, Engineering and Construction community, including Topcon GPS, surveying instruments, robotic total stations, scanners and promoting UAV equipment
  • Job duties include the following:
  • Sell equipment, accessories, rentals and service as a total customer solution.
  • Build long term relationships within a territory to maximize customer and company profitability.
  • Coordinate and/or conduct field demonstrations.
  • Provide timely follow up on each sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
Qualifications:
  • Business-like, professional appearance.
  • Positive, sales-oriented personality.
  • Willingness to learn about the products we sell.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and provide real, effective solutions
  • Solid understanding of local market conditions.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • 1-3 years sales experience, preferably in a related industry
