Job Title: Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Job Description:
- Deploy and manage successful marketing campaigns
- Create and edit content for print and digital media
- Manage the Lafayette Bar’s website and social media accounts
- Design all materials including posters, brochures, flyers, and invitations
- Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with all local media outlets
- Design layout and manage publication of the Association’s bi-monthly newsletter The Promulgator
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Executive Director
- Excellent communications skills, including writing and editing
- Graphic design capabilities including experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
- Fundraising or sales experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Publisher, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with relational databases, such as Access or similar
- Experience using both Mac and PC systems preferred but not required
- Available to attend after-hours events and able to complete occasional overnight travel
